What types of organizing projects do you do?

Residential:  Paper Management, Electronic Storage and Filing Systems

Office:  Home and Small Business/Warehouse

Virtual:  Electronic Files, Time Management, Event Planning such as weddings, relocations, etc.

Who is your typical/usual client?

Homeowners and Small Business Owners.

Can you describe your organizing process/approach (consulting, coaching, hands-on, team organizing, seminars/workshops, etc.) and describe a typical working session?

I operate independently, taking full charge of the process; however, first and foremost a collaborative approach with the client is vital to ensuring the most suitable approach and end product.  I listen to the client’s needs objectively, often times hearing what is not said, to create the environment/lifestyle desired.

How long have you been in the organizing business?

It has been informally in the developmental stages since 2012 primarily working with family and friends.  In 2016, I began offering my services to the general public.

Will I work directly with you, or will you assign an employee and/or subcontractor to my project?

You work exclusively with me from the beginning to the end of your project.

What is your fee structure?

Each project is assessed individually with customized pricing.

How and when do I pay?

A 50% deposit (payable with cash, check or all major credit/debit cards) is required with a signed contract to include a start date.  Upon completion of the project, the balance due may be paid using cash and/or all major credit/debit cards.

Do you work with a written contract?

What is your cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit prior to the start of services will be refunded to you as long as the work has not been started during the 72 hour period following the signing of your contract.  If the work has been started but you would still like to cancel your contract, your 50% deposit will be forfeited, the contract will be canceled as requested and no further work will be completed nor will any additional monies be due by you.

Yes, upon request.

I have tried unsuccessfully to get organized before. How will this time be different?

I would be happy to talk with you about my style of organizing and how it may help you to be successful.  I offer follow up services and maintenance coaching telephonically to ensure a smooth transition once your project is completed.

Will you come in and organize everything for me or do I have to be a part of the process?

We would discuss collaborative efforts and do what is the most effective and efficient for you.

I need to see what I’m working on, so I may choose to work amongst a mess of papers, for example. So how do you organize for this/different styles?

I will show you how to work in whatever environment you are most comfortable in while still achieving organization.
